• Establish objectives for the branch through regular meetings with the CEO and other board members;
• Recruit, vet, interview, and hire new employees and instructors;
• Supervise branch employees and be responsible for day-to-day operation and leadership;
• Monitor and evaluate the instructors’ performance;
• Manage the branch financial statements and analysis;
• Formulate and approve the branch marketing plan and implement daily operations accordingly
• Oversee the execution and development of new programs and projects;
• Guide the team’s advertising and student recruitment efforts;
• Support team members on the programs’ quality and customer service satisfaction;
• Represent and speak at the various marketing events on behalf of APASS;
• Collaborate with other branches for the company-wide campaigns and marketing events;
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, service partners and other stakeholders within the local community;
• Other job duties assigned by the CEO from time to time.
• Exceptional knowledge of the education programs and the hybrid learning platforms
• Experienced in education marketing strategy
• Familiar with CRM systems and other e-commerce software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Proven skills in strategic planning and partnerships building
• Good awareness of cultural competency
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum five (5) years of direct work experience in the educational field
