Role Overview:
We are actively searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Services Manager to join our thriving team. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will hold a crucial position, overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions within our organization. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead and motivate teams will be instrumental in optimizing our daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. What will you do in this role?
· Devise and execute strategies to streamline administrative processes, ensuring seamless operations in the manufacturing and distribution of natural repellents and accessories.
· Oversee the department's operations, ensuring the provision of efficient administrative services that support our eco-friendly product manufacturing and distribution goals.
· Act as a key contact point for business partners, customers, and the business, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Facilitate effective relationships by managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing timely responses.
· Provide guidance and leadership to the administrative team engaged in records management, procurement, finance, human resources, and security functions.
· Conduct training sessions to ensure that the staff is well-versed in our company's ethos and goals, aligning their efforts with our commitment to natural solutions.
· Direct and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and compliance regulations pertinent to the health and wellness industry.
· Implement and maintain procedures that uphold regulatory standards related to the production, distribution, and marketing of natural repellent products.
· Plan, oversee, and manage budgets dedicated to contracts, equipment procurement, and supplies, emphasizing the utilization of eco-friendly resources wherever possible.
· Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees, offering insights into the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative services.
· Prioritize and streamline communication channels to enhance efficiency and maintain confidentiality.
· Conduct interviews and lead the hiring process to acquire skilled individuals who resonate with our company's vision of sustainability and natural product development.
· Oversee ongoing training initiatives aimed at fostering employee growth and ensuring alignment with Atlantick's values and objectives.
· Contribute to the overall success of the business by supporting executive functions and fostering collaborative relationships.
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related administrative services field.
· Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in executive administrative, finance, and/or operation-supporting functions.
· Good understanding of corporate governance and compliance procedures.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling executive administrative tasks.
· Knowledge in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits will be an asset.
· Outstanding analytical skills, ability to extract key information from mass data and derive business insights to support management making decisions.
· Ability to coordinate different departments and subsidiaries, as well as managing multiple projects under rigid time constraints.
· Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, internal and external clients.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience in using ERP system will be an asset.
· Uphold a professional and positive image for the business, both internally and externally.
