Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Wages: $25.07/hour
Hours of Work: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Location of Work: 501-1166 Alberni Street Vancouver, B.C. Canada V6E 3Z3
Main Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary.
Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels.
Assist in organizing company events or meetings as required.
Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs.
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants.
At least 1 year of work experience at an administrative assistant position, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and office management.
