Our team of experts is dedicated to guiding and supporting students and their families every step of the way. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Title: Administrative Assistant
Terms of employment: Full-time Permanent
Wages: $26.00/hour
Hours of work: 8 hours per day, 32hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
- Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and related materials.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other materials, coordinating the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, relay telephone calls and messages promptly and professionally.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures to streamline administrative processes.
- Greet visitors warmly, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Record and prepare accurate minutes of meetings.
- Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants.
- At least 1 year of work experience at an administrative assistant position, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and office management.
